This website is operated by the Committee to Elect Ocewana Baker (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for the purpose of sharing campaign information, collecting donations, and selling official campaign merchandise.

All donations made through this website are final and non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your contribution is a voluntary political donation.
• Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.
• Federal and state laws may require us to collect and report donor information.

We offer refunds for merchandise purchases only under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error.

To request a merchandise refund, please email us at ElectOcewana@ocewanabaker.com with your order number and reason for return.

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors beyond our control.
